| 3 | Submitting this admission form means you are interested to join MOM as a student. The first admission will be only in the Certificate in Islamic Studies [CIS] i.e in the 1st Year of MOM |
| 4 | Once the required number of students have enrolled in a particular batch, our PR Dept. will contact you to complete the admission process before actuall begining of your study. |
| 5 | Please do not make any payment unless our Admin Dept. asks you to do so through a proper official channel. |

Once your admission is approved after the due payment is made, it will not be cancelled or refunded. |

All payments will be acceptable in Indian currency only |
